Order a repeat prescription
Please note we do not take prescription requests over the phone. Prescription requests take a minimum of 2 working days to process at the practice. Please ensure that you allow sufficient time for your requested to be processed and sent to your local chemist of choice.

Please ensure the following details are including in the email or there may be unnecessary delays in processing the request.
- Name
- Date of birth
- Contact number (in the event of a query relating to the request)
- Name of each medication required and strength if known
- Name of local chemist where the request should be sent
